Dr. Perlin is an anesthesiologist at MedStar Washington Hospital Center, where he serves as Clinical Director of the third floor operating room and previously served as Director of Obstetric Anesthesia. He is a graduate of Thomas Jefferson Medical College and did his internship in internal medicine and residency in anesthesiology at Georgetown University Hospital. Dr. Perlin has a subspecialty in addiction medicine and has served as Chair of MSDC’s Physician Health Committee since 2011. He is also a Past President of the Medical Society of the District of Columbia. |
