Job Summary: 
HAVEN is a mission-driven, non-profit organization that provides confidential assistance to healthcare professionals licensed through the Department of Public Health or the Department of Consumer Protection who have a medical, behavioral health, cognitive or other condition that does or could impact their optimal health and wellness, and the safety of those for whom they care. With the impact that COVID has had on the healthcare workforce, the need to help those who provide care here in Connecticut has never been greater.

To be part of our focused and caring team, we are looking for a full-time Professional Director to provide all aspects of our clinical operations. It should be noted that HAVEN does not provide direct care and treatment and the Professional Director will not be providing counseling or treatment services. You will work with a team of professionals that provide expert care management, clinical experience, and comprehensive advice and oversight.

Case Manager, Florida Professionals Resource Network, Inc.

Job Summary:
Professionals Resource Network, Inc. (“PRN”) is an operator of the State of Florida’s professionals health program. Through the program, PRN coordinates and manages the evaluation and referral of licensees and licensure applicants to approved treatment programs and treatment providers and then monitors the progress of program participants. The purpose of the program is to serve potentially impaired practitioners for the protection of their wellbeing, and the health, safety, and welfare of the public. PRN does not provide direct patient care.

The preferred candidate will provide case management to PRN participants, including arranging evaluations, treatment admissions, and developing contracts. The Case Manager consults and coordinates with healthcare professionals, Florida Department of Health (DOH), Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR), evaluators, treatment providers, hospitals, employers, and others.

This is a fulltime, onsite position in Northeast Florida.

They are responsible for conducting a comprehensive intake with the referral, arranging evaluations, treatment admissions, and developing contracts if indicated. The Intake Case Manager consults and coordinates with healthcare professionals, Florida Department of Health (DOH), Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR), evaluators, treatment providers, hospitals, employers, attorneys, and other state programs.

Medical Director (Part-time) - Georgia Professional Health Program

Job Summary: The Medical Director (MD) oversees the intake and case management team and facilitates supervision of the GaPHP staff. The M.D. assists in identification, consultation and intervention when informed of a physician health issue. They oversee the administration of the overall activities of the Georgia PHP, emphasizing recovery, education, training, and fundraising in cooperation with staff personnel assigned to the GaPHP, and shall implement the activities of the GaPHP as directed by the GaPHP Board of Directors and in accord with the signed agreements with the Georgia Composite Medical Board.
Must be an addiction psychiatrist (may consider and addictionologist with strong experience working in physician health programs). 
Must live in GA and be licensed by the GCMB.
