Federation of State Physician Health Programs invites you to attend the FSPHP 2026 Education Conference and Annual Membership Meeting – Navigating Change: Challenges, Solutions, and Success at the Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor on April 29 - May 2, 2026.
About FSPHP
The FSPHP’s mission is to support physician health programs in improving the health of medical professionals, thereby contributing to quality patient care. Our entire conference is centered on this mission and the purpose to provide a forum for education and exchange of information among state physician health programs; to develop common objectives and goals; to develop guidelines; to enhance awareness of issues related to physician health and impairment; to provide advocacy for physicians and their health issues at local, state, and national levels; and to assist state programs in their quest to protect the public.
Recommended Arrival and Departure Dates

Tuesday, April 28, 2026 — Arrive in Baltimore. Pre-Conference Workshops and Breakout Sessions begin at 9:30 AM on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, followed by the official Conference Welcome and Opening Luncheon at 11:30 AM.

Saturday, May 2, 2026 — Conference Adjourns at 12:00 PM.
FSPHP 2026 REGISTRATION FEES
Registration The registration fee includes participation and access to all sessions and presentations, the exhibit hall, all breakfasts, breaks, luncheons, and the Silent Auction and Speed Networking Dinner.
Tickets to the Baltimore Orioles Game at Camden Yards on Wednesday, April 29 must be purchased separately.

**Speakers Discount - $100: Each qualified presenter will receive a unique discount code to apply at registration for $100 discount.
Cancellations All cancellations must be received in writing. Please see below for the cancellation schedule:
- Received by January 31, 2026 - full refund less than a $50 processing fee
- Received February 1-28, 2026 - 50% refund less a $50 processing fee
- No refunds after March 1, 2026
Reservation of Right to Make Changes Any matters not specifically covered herein are subject to decision by the FSPHP Board and the Program Planning Committee. FSPHP reserves the right to make such changes, amendments, and additions to these rules as it considers advisable for the proper conduct of the conference with the provision that all attendees will be advised of any changes to registration details. Baltimore Orioles Game vs. Astros & Picnic Perch Social Event Wednesday, April 29, 2026
Group will have access to the approximately 1-3 hours prior to the first pitch. Game time is 6:35pm.
