Sponsorship Sizes & Cost Details:

$800 - Half page: 7” w x 4.5” h         
$600 - Quarter page: 3.2917” w x 4.5” h
$400 - Business card size: 3.125” w x 2.25” h
$150 - Design and proofreading services 

Guidelines for PDFs:

Color sponsorships

  • Please supply files as CMYK; 300 dpi.
Border
  • You do not need to include a border. We will frame your sponsorship with a 1-point border during newsletter production.
Font
  • To reduce registration problems, type should be no smaller than 9 points. Fonts must be embedded, and TrueType fonts should be avoided.
File Guidelines
  • All submissions should be Acrobat PDF files and should be sent at the exact size specified herein. Native files or other file formats cannot be accepted.


Guidelines for Word Files:

  • Supply Word document and high-resolution logos and graphics (if applicable). Maximum two passes for approval (or additional fees will apply).
